A client and good friend of mine were having a conversation about what are limits could be? We talked about time with our family, money and what filled us up with energy.
What was funny to both of us is 2 years ago when we had this same conversation we truly did not believe we could be where we are today. It was a beautiful Thursday around 2:30 pm and we were having a coaching session in my backyard. Just 2 years earlier both of us were struggling with money, not spending enough time with our kids and being depleted both mentally and physically.
We examined the changes we made and found one key element –
We started to believe we could have and were deserving of more. Now not in a self righteous way, but in a way that we both found value in ourselves and were no longer looking for that value externally.
Then we simply yet profoundly made the choice to live into the impossible.
As Ali said, “Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small people.”
