What we think we become

Without realizing it most of us are creating a life we do not want. When we worry about money, business failure, not being good enough and how little we have to offer we are only drawing to ourselves the bull shit we do not want in our lives.

It’s like a small fish swimming towards a shark while the whole time saying “I hope I do not get eaten.” Have you ever talked to someone that was frantically saying how everyone else creates their problems while they nervously speak and shift their body weight? That’s how we create what we do not want. We talk about things in the past or drama that already happened over and over again and then wonder why more drama comes our way??

Ok enough with the negativity already, right!

So what do we do when we want to change the way we are creating our life?

First, give yourself a break. Be kind to yourself and know that what you have done or been through has been a road map to show you what you no longer want in your life and what you actually do want. Because if certain life events make you feel unhappy then the opposite of those feelings will give you the opportunity to look for situations that make you feel good.

Second, when people start to complain around you, walk away. Just excuse yourself and get away from the negativity. Nothing good comes from stewing in a boiling pot with lobsters, everybody gets eaten. So do not let other peoples drama and negativity cause you to live unhappy. There is no power in that, that is disabling your ability to live a happy life. And for the most part you cannot help them, if they complain daily they are not looking for help. They are looking for victims to drag down with them. So create space between you and that type of energy.

Finally, everyday find 3 things you feel grateful for. No this has gotten a bull shit wrap but stay with me. If you can be grateful for a beautiful home, a healthy partner and money in your bank account you are finding good things about your life instead of bad ones. And the more you focus on the good ones the more good things come to you. They can be as simple as a warm bed, your next meal and a laugh with friends.

Here is the key, most people will read but the very few exceptional powerful individuals will act. So go and act.
